Publishing ads

Will it work with any ad network?

As long as 3:rd party Html5 banners are supported, you should have no problem using Cloud Publish. We support most networks, and should you have an issue, our engineers will help you solve it in no–time.

Is Google AdWords supported?

Yes, with our Professional plan you can connect your AdWords account and publish directly into AdWords. You also have the option to download an AdWords compatible zip–file that easily can be uploaded into your AdWords campaign.

Is DoubleClick supported?

Yes, we support DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM). You can download a DoubleClick compatible zip with our Professional plan. With our Business plan, you can use Cloud Publish with DFP and update ads in real–time.

Can I export my banner ads?

Yes, you can export a zip archive containing all assets and code.

What about fallback images?

With the Professional plan, an optional fallback image can be automatically generated and included in the download zip.

Can you support other download formats?

We might. If you have a specific ad format you want us to support, contact us and let us know about it.

Cloud Publish

How does Cloud Publish work?

Cloud Publish is our hosting service, which means you don't have to download anything. Instead, banner ads are published directly to our cloud. To run the ads in an ad network, you just copy and paste a small bit of JavaScript code.

What are the benefits of Cloud Publish?

Speed, performance and reliability are key when it comes to ad serving. Using our cloud service will ensure that we can optimize your ad delivery down to the last byte. You can also make real–time changes.

We are running quite a big campaign, can you handle it?

Yes, we've built our services on the Amazon cloud to make sure your banner ads are always delivered fast and reliably.

Can I use Cloud Publish on my web site?

Yes, you can embed banner ads directly on your web site.

Subscription & payment

What is the billing period?

All plans are billed in advance, on the day of month that the subscription started. If you sign up on the 19:th, your plan will always be billed on the 19:th each month. The billing period for impressions is per calendar month.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Any running campaigns will be put on hold together with your account.
